Bike Attack Electric+ usually ships within 4-8 business days after your order was placed. During the pandemic the timeframe is unfortunately more like 10-30 days.
In some cases when the product is currently out of stock we notify you via email or by phone about the ETA.
Bikes are shipped with UPS, fully insured with adult signature requirement.
Small parts and accessories are shipped fully insured via UPS or USPS.
